Associate Counsel, Legal (Hyderabad)

We are a rapidly growing life sciences company, with both a technology business and a drug discovery business, looking to hire an Associate Counsel for our Hyderabad location to join us in our mission to improve human health and quality of life through the development, distribution, and application of advanced computational methods.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Serve as a trusted legal advisor to internal partners by providing clear and actionable guidance on legal and commercial risks on a broad range of topics including, e.g., technology and commercial transactions, employment, data privacy, real estate, and IP;
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of legal documents, including, e.g., vendor/service agreements, MSAs, NDAs, MOUs, Consulting Agreements, licensing agreements, technology collaboration agreements, contract research organization (CRO) based transactional documents, and other related business documents;
• Build, refine, and scale legal templates, playbooks, policies, and contracting
