Functional Business Analyst: shape the future of how we work

At Schuberg Philis, we are looking for a Functional Business Analyst to help shape how our organisation uses technology to scale, collaborate and operate effectively.

You will work at the intersection of business processes, people and technology. Your role is not limited to gathering requirements or improving an existing workflow. You will help define the vision for a domain, translate that vision into a practical roadmap, align stakeholders and make sure the work gets done.

This may involve domains such as IT Service Management, AI, collaboration tooling, sales operations or people processes. Whatever the domain, your focus is the same: make deliberate choices, get the most value from our applications, and drive adoption across the organisation.

You are comfortable moving between strategy and execution. One day, you may facilitate conversations with stakeholders to define a target operating model; the next, you may be mapping a process, configuring an application, investigating an integration or working with engineers to resolve an issue. You understand that a good solution is not just well designed, it is useful, adopted and maintainable.
