The Director, Strategic Solutions is a key member of the Sales team and is responsible for identifying, targeting, and securing new business through professional, consultative, proactive sales activities to drive business and build high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty. 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Duties include but are not limited to:

1. Identify, target, and secure new business through professional, consultative, proactive sales activities to drive business  
2.  Drive results through strategic business plan activities and relationship management, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty 
3. Maintain pipeline of new business opportunities and accounts  
4. Collaborate with senior management and functional managers as needed  
5. Research and identify target markets, build relationships, perform in-depth presentations, strategic analysis, and execution of implemented plans
