Contracts/Subcontracts Manager

SciTec is seeking qualified candidates to fill the Contract/Subcontract Manager positions. This position will play a critical role in supporting our organizational growth by exercising best industry practices and judgement in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate contracts/subcontracts, modifications, teaming and nondisclosure agreements (NDA), terms and conditions, and other contract/subcontract related documents

• Provide active assistance to the project teams in management, execution and resolution of issues related to contract/project management and accounting (e.g. contract type, cost allowability, payment/milestone schedules, inspection/acceptan
