Compensation Partner

Scopely is looking for a Compensation Partner, Scopely Explore to join our Total Rewards team in Mexico City, Mexico, on a hybrid basis, with three days per week in the office.

What You Will Do

• Serve as the dedicated compensation partner for Scopely Explore, understanding team needs and translating compensation programs into clear guidance and timely support.
• Review job requisitions and new-hire offers, assess compensation inputs, identify exceptions or risks and provide data-informed recommendations.
• Support annual and mid-year compensation cycles and administer bonuses and performance-based incentives, from planning through reconciliation.
