Licensing Operations Coordinator
Scopely is looking for a Licensing Operations Coordinator to join our team remotely in the US or Canada or Hybrid in Culver City.

As a Licensing Operations Coordinator, you will report to the Senior Producer and support a growing live-service approval pipeline spanning in-game content, live events, campaigns, trailers, video, copy, and other player-facing materials. You will partner with Product, Art, Production, Marketing, UA, CRM, ASO, Social, Community, and external licensors to keep submissions accurate, organized, and moving forward.
What You Will Do
- Prepare and submit game and marketing assets for licensor approval, ensuring submissions are complete and accurate.
- Maintain submission trackers and approval records, monitor review status, and follow up on outstanding items.
