Scopely is looking for a Sr. Manager, Benefits in North America to join our People team hybrid in Culver City or Remote in the United States!

As a Sr. Manager, Benefits, you will lead benefits strategy and operations across the U.S., Canada, and Mexico, with the U.S. as the primary focus. In this player/coach role, you’ll keep programs competitive, inclusive, compliant, cost-effective, and locally relevant while aligning them with Scopely’s global benefits philosophy. You’ll coach Benefits and People Ops team members while staying hands-on with plan design, funding analysis, renewals, vendor management, and daily operations.
