Talent Tech Analyst
Scopely is looking for a Talent Tech Analyst to join our People Technology team in Barcelona on a hybrid basis, working 3 days a week from the hub.

What You Will Do
In this role, you will be the technical administrator for the company’s Applicant Tracking System. You will provide technical expertise and support to ensure the People Team’s processes maintain efficiency and optimise the company’s evolving business. You will be a key member of a global HR technology team, representing the interests of the business teams in design and support.
- Support the day-to-day operations and administration of Greenhouse (ATS) within the People Tech team
- Troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues raised by Talent Acquisition and Talent Operations teams
- Assist with configuration and maintenance activities in Greenhouse, including workflows, permissions, templates, and system set
