Scopely is looking for a Technical Director, Live Operations to join our MONOPOLY GO! game team in Barcelona on a hybrid basis, working three days a week in our Barcelona hub.

We’re looking for a hands-on technical leader with an operational mindset to improve how we configure and operate MONOPOLY GO! You’ll help shape the systems, tools, and working practices that take game configurations from creation to players, making live operations simpler, safer, and more effective.
You’ll combine technical depth with practical leadership: understanding how things work today, challenging assumptions, and helping teams make lasting improvements. Curiosity, sound judgment, and a willingness to get into the details matter as much as setting direction.
