About the Role
What Your Success Will Look Like
- Deliver established onboarding and skills-training programs for customer-facing roles (client communication, service standards, tools, turnaround expectations).
- Facilitate sessions in person and virtually, applying proven techniques with coaching from senior team members.
- Build and maintain training content and job aids on the Scorpion tech suite (Platform, CSX, CMS, My Site, Enterprise Portal) and digital-marketing channels (SEO, paid, social, content).
- Administer learning paths in the LMS / enablement platform (scheduling, enrollment, completion tracking).
- Gather and summarize feedback, assessment results, quality scores, and completion data to support refinement.
- Contribute to the enablement content library and suggest improvements to existing materials.
- Partner with AMs, Directors, leadership, and support teams to keep content current with evolving tools and client processes.
- Build foundational knowledge of account management and customer success best practices.
Who You Are And What You Bring
- Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Education, or related field —or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience
- 2+ years of experience in Enablement, Training, Account Management, Customer Success, or Learning & Development — preferably in digital marketing / SaaS; or advanced degree; or equivalent.
- Working proficiency with LMS, Zoom, Google Workspace, MS Office 365; familiarity with CRM / CS tooling a plus.
- Familiarity with digital-marketing channels (SEO, paid, social, content) and client-service workflows.
- Skills
- Solid facilitation and presentation skills.
- Strong written/verbal communication and organizational skills; collaborative and proactive.

Compensation
We acknowledge that states have passed legislation promoting pay transparency. As a national employer, Scorpion has made the decision to post our expected pay rate or pay range (as applicable) in all our job postings, regardless of geographic location.
- The base salary range is $70,000 (entry-level) - $80,000 (highly experienced), exclusive of fringe benefits. If you are hired at Scorpion, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience. Additionally, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the total salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth.
- The compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities in the form of discretionary bonuses or commissions.

Work Location & Flexibility
Scorpion supports a range of work arrangements, including in-office, hybrid, and remote roles. For positions designated as remote, employees who live within commuting distance of a Scorpion office may be asked to work from the office based on team needs, collaboration opportunities, or business priorities. Specific expectations will be discussed during the interview process.
