Position Overview

We're looking for a Product Designer to own Scotch's Android-based POS that cashiers and store staff use at the counter every day. This isn't a role where you get handed requirements and asked for wireframes. You'll lead research with cashiers and store staff, and use what you learn to shape what we build, whether that means improving existing workflows or designing new ones.
