Land and Real Estate Management Intern - Summer 2027
You will assist with efforts related to Scout Clean Energy’s Land Operations and Development matters such as Lease, Agreement & Payment Processing, Landowner Communications, and Landowner Negotiations. Tasks include Lease Processing, Recording, Quality Control, Data Entry, Mailings, Shipment of Scout collateral to external teammates, Continuous Improvement Initiatives, assisting with Landowner outreach efforts. Your work will culminate in a Summer project outlined below.
Summer Project:
Partner with Development and Real Estate teams to automate business processes, build and deploy Salesforce AI agents, create Power BI Dashboards, develop user trainings, improve data quality, standardize workflows, support payment data migrations, automate reporting, optimize Sharepoint/Smartsheet processes, and implement scalable solutions across multiple business functions.
