Manager/Senior Manager, Interconnection
The Manager/Senior Manager, Interconnection will support the Development, M&A, and Construction Engineering teams with generation interconnections, transmission service and electrical engineering designs of multiple renewable energy projects throughout the United States. You will also support the Project Finance, Origination, Asset Management, and other teams in delivering profitable projects to Scout.
The Manager/Senior Manager will take on leadership roles as assigned within the Interconnection team. This includes driving timelines and technical work across a wide range of projects; in time, it may also include managing people. In parallel, the Manager/Senior Manager will be responsible for work in a variety of areas:
Generation Interconnection
- Lead the integration of generation resources through the full project lifecycle, from interconnection request submission through commercial operation.
- Oversee submittal of interconnection requests, meeting all technical and non-technical requirements.
- Coordinate with transmission owners, planning authorities, consultants, and market operators regarding interconnection studies, facility studies, network upgrades, and operational readiness requirements.
