Senior Associate Wind Technician / Assistant Facility Manager - Bitter Ridge

The position will assist the Facility Manager oversee all aspects of operations and maintenance at Scout’s Bitter Ridge wind generating facility (BTR), including turbines, medium and high voltage substation equipment, electrical collection systems, and balance-of-plant responsibilities

This position will report to the Facility Manager. 

Responsibilities 

• Deliver optimal performance of the on-site assets while ensuring safety and compliance. 

• Execute, and suggest improvements to operational and safety programs, procedures, and policies to achieve or improve key performance metrics, including safety, profitability, and efficiency.  

• Assist in the developing, overseeing, and executing facility schedules including maintenance and upkeep on generating equipment and substation equipment.
