Vice President, East Region Development

As the Vice President of East Region Development, you will lead a team that is driving the creation of Scout’s East Region U.S.-based renewable energy projects through mid- to late development phases. You will be responsible for your team’s delivery of profitable projects that meet all project milestones.

• Champion a culture of execution, ownership, and accountability that enables Scout to deliver on its business plan.  

• Model and reinforce company values through day-to-day decision making, fostering open communication and respect while empowering team members to tackle complex problems.  

• Approve and secure resources to support relevant training and professional development needed for all team members, as identified by your Director(s).
