Hi, I'm Amanda. I head up People & Talent at Scribe, and in the 3+ years since I joined, I've had a front-row seat to how our culture has evolved as we've grown.

The people we bring in over the next 12-24 months will shape Scribe's DNA for years to come. Every hire changes our trajectory, so I expect our team to operate as a partner to the business. This role plays a big part in making sure each technical hire we make raises the bar.

We're building and shipping fast, and our hires get ownership from day one. Our team works the same way.
