Production / Powder Coater
Shift: 1st Shift, 8–10 hours per day

Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable and motivated Production / Powder Coater to support our powder coating and production operations. This hands-on role combines powder coating operations with utility responsibilities to keep production running efficiently. Duties include powder coating, supporting production flow, performing quality inspections, and assisting with shipping, receiving, and facility maintenance. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys variety and wants to grow within a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Utility & Production Support
- Powder coating
- Operate the Hem Saw to cut and stage raw material for production.
- Organize, label, paint, and store incoming raw material.
- Operate a forklift to load and unload trucks and move materials throughout the facility.
- Set up and operate drill and tap machines.
- Monitor coolant, oil, and waste barrels, replacing or refilling as needed.
- Operate the clip machine and perform quality checks on finished parts.
- Assist with shipping, receiving, laser etching, deburring, sandblasting, tumbling, and part assembly.<
