Lead Entertainment Consultant, Tour Performance

This role is responsible for the day-to-day commercial execution and success of the Entertainment touring portfolio. This role partners closely with promoters, client venues, Client Success, Marketing, Product, Business Operations, and Sales to ensure every booked show is positioned for success from initial planning through the full concert lifecycle.
This role serves as a driver of excellence for the portfolio of Concert tours —driving onsale readiness, monitoring performance, managing pipeline visibility, supporting client & promoters relationships, and identifying opportunities to improve revenue across key commercial levers. The Lead ensures consistent execution across the touring portfolio while providing the leader of the department with the insights, reporting, and operational support needed to drive strategic business decisions.
