Seatown is looking for a high-performing Inside Sales Representative who knows how to close.
This is not a traditional customer service position, and this is not a cold-calling role.
Our technicians and sales professionals are already in customers' homes every day providing plumbing, HVAC, and electrical solutions. Many customers receive estimates but do not make a decision during the initial visit.
Your job is to call behind those opportunities, uncover what prevented the customer from moving forward, overcome objections, and close the sale.
We are looking for someone who is confident on the phone, competitive, persistent, professional, and motivated by results.
If you have a proven ability to follow up on unsold estimates and turn opportunities into booked revenue, we want to talk to you.
