Business Analyst in Financing & Loans Tribe | SEB, Tallinn

There are more than 200 systems and applications where all bank products, business processes, channels, and data are created and maintained by the Product & Technology Development department.  You will become part of an experienced international Private Lending team responsible for developing and launching private lending products across all three Baltic markets. Working in a pan-Baltic setup, you will collaborate closely with IT specialists and other teams to turn business, customer, and regulatory needs into effective lending solutions. In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape private lending products used across the Baltics and influence how they develop over time. You will gain broad exposure to product development, regulation, technology, and cross-Baltic stakeholder collaboration while taking real ownership of solutions from idea to implementation.
