In this role, you will combine business analysis expertise with Scrum Master responsibilities. You will not only support requirement structuring and stakeholder alignment but also play a key role in facilitating Agile ways of working, ensuring effective delivery flow, and supporting the team’s continuous improvement. In addition, you will take a coordinating Scrum Master role across the department, supporting alignment and consistency in Agile practices and ways of working. You will act as a link between HR, IT and stakeholders, while also enabling the team to work efficiently through well-structured Agile processes and collaboration.
