About the role: As a Chargeback Officer, you will investigate and manage disputes and fraud related card transactions, ensuring that cases are handled accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with card scheme regulations, internal policies, and regulatory requirements. As part of the process, you will review and assess information exchanged between customers, merchants, acquiring banks and card schemes. The role offers a unique opportunity to work in an international environment where collaboration across borders is part of everyday business. You will contribute to delivering a high-quality customer experience while protecting both customer and company interests through investigation and professional case handling.
