Our department is part of Technology Trading and consists of around 60 professionals delivering development and maintenance for FX trading. We operate in a fast-paced environment where time-to-market, stability, and quality are critical to business success. About the role As an Engineering Manager, you will lead a team with approximately 12-16 employees within Tech Trading FX, combining leadership, technology, business understanding, and helping the team reach their full potential. You will: Drive the technical agenda, roadmap and debt in close collaboration with the Tech Lead and Product Owner Coach and develop engineers, strengthening both technical excellence and team performance Work closely with business stakeholders to ensure alignment between solutions and client needs A key part of the role is to actively drive the adoption of modern technologies including cloud-native solutions, automation, and AI.
