About the role: As Head of Electronic Execution, you will be a senior, client-facing leader responsible for our Stockholm desk. You will own the desk’s strategy, client franchise, income, and costs. This includes managing a team of traders, representing the desk to institutional clients, and collaborating with sales, risk, compliance, and technology to drive business growth. You will define and execute our growth strategy, ensure regulatory adherence, and partner on client strategy.
