ICT Risk Manager | SEB, Tallinn

SEB isn’t just a bank, we are also a modern technology company with many talented IT professionals - product owners, business developers, finance and risk experts, analysts, architects, software developers. There are more than 200 systems and applications where all bank products, business processes, channels, and data are created and maintained by the Product & Technology Development department.  We are seeking an experienced and proactive ICT Risk Management professional to strengthen ICT risk management practices within SEB’s Non-Financial Risk (NFR) framework.  You will join the Baltic ICT Risk Management team, reporting directly to the Head of ICT Risk. This is an individual contributor role with no direct people management responsibility, offering broad exposure across the Baltic organization, close collaboration with senior stakeholders, and the opportunity to influence and further develop ICT risk management practices across the region.
