Junior Platform Operations Engineer – Automation & Infrastructure as Code | SEB Life & Pension, Solna

Are you a recent graduate or early in your career and interested in understanding how large-scale software systems actually run?  At SEB Life & Pension, we operate business-critical platforms supporting our insurance and pension business. Our technical landscape includes around 150 container environments as well as Windows-based environments. We are now looking for a Junior Platform Operations Engineer who wants to combine hands-on operations with engineering, automation and infrastructure as Code.  You do not need previous experience operating large-scale production environments. We are looking for technical curiosity, problem-solving ability and a strong desire to learn how complex systems work — and how they can be improved through engineering and automation.  About the role  The role combines hands-on operations with continuous improvement. Working closely with development teams and other engineers, you will help keep our platforms stable and reliable while making them easier to operate through automation, standardised tooling and Infrastructure as Code. Your work will span areas such as:  Operating and supporting container-based and Windows environments
