If so, you'll be interested in this opportunity! About the role: As a Power Platform developer in our Center of Excellence, you join a team that owns the platform end to end. We handle administration and governance on the platform, and we work with business units across the bank to help them build apps, automations and AI agents that support our transformation journey.  This is a developer role, but expect to spend a lot of time alongside other teams rather than in your own backlog. You will help projects and initiatives to succeed by providing support, guidance and training. Some weeks that might mean co-building, other weeks it could mean workshops, and sometimes it’s an honest conversation about why something shouldn’t be built the way it’s been drawn up. In this role you will:  Run enablement in practice: workshops, templates, reusable patterns, development standards, and the maker community around them
