What You Bring
• 8+ years in data, analytics, or business intelligence, including 3+ years leading a function, a team, or a company-wide data initiative.
• Demonstrated experience building an analytics capability where little or none existed — you have done the zero-to-one version of this, not only operated a mature stack.
• Advanced SQL and deep hands-on experience building with modern data stacks, such as cloud warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks, or Redshift), transformation frameworks (dbt or equivalent), ingestion tooling, semantic layers, and BI platforms (Looker, Power BI, Tableau, Sigma, or similar).
