Technical Implementation Manager
📝 About the Role
As a Technical Implementation Manager, you’ll own the design, setup, and technical execution of client implementations, while also acting as a strategic liaison between Sales, Implementation, Customer Success, Support, and Product & Tech. You’ll conduct discovery, propose solutions, configure systems, deliver technical and non-technical training, and ensure the final implementation aligns with both client goals and internal architecture. In short: you’ll be part solutions expert, part technical configurator, part implementation lead.
📌 What You'll Do
Lead discovery sessions and stakeholder interviews to surface business requirements, integration needs, pain points, and success criteria.
Deliver product demos tailored to client use cases. Translate technical features into business value for non-technical stakeholders.
Design technically feasible, scalable solutions built on our product capabilities and integrations. Architect system setups, data flows, custom mapping, and API integrations
Act as the technical point of contact across the Sales → Implementation → CS handoff
