Specialist Weight Management Service (SWMS) - Team Manager

We’re looking for an operationally strong Team Manager to join the Specialist Weight Management Service (SWMS) at one of the UK’s most exciting health-tech startups. You’ll design and embed the systems and processes that enable our service to scale, while leading a multidisciplinary team of healthcare practitioners to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care.

What you’ll do

• Lead and support our SWMS practitioner team: Manage a multidisciplinary team of remote healthcare practitioners, including dietitians, nutritionists, and psychological wellbeing practitioners, creating a culture of trust, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure operational excellence: You’ll simplify complex workflows, reduce friction for your team, and use data to design smarter, more efficient ways of working.
• Build out data dashboards and reporting: You’ll create and maintain dashboards that provide clear visibility of key performance metrics, automate where possible, and make data accessible and easy to understand.
• Drive service mobilisation and development: Partner cross-functionally with O
