About us

Here at Seismic we have a two-part vision: to help 10 million people join the shift by 2030 and to be the best place we have ever worked.

We know that’s an ambitious vision. That means challenging ourselves and our clients every day, striving for growth, and delivering real impact. You can see more about our mission in our CEO’s TEDx talk, “The purpose of profit: the business of securing a sustainable future.”

We foster a culture of continuous learning and mutual support, ensuring every changemaker feels empowered to grow and contribute their best.

We are not just talking about change; we are actively driving it. We ourselves are a B Corp and our team of B Corp, Net Zero, Reporting and Sustainability Comms experts collaborate to deliver measurable impact for clients ranging from innovative SMEs to global corporations.
