Position Summary

We are looking for a motivated and outgoing Growth Advisor to join our team in Prishtina.

In this role, you will help grow Sent's customer pipeline by identifying potential customers, reaching out to the right decision-makers, starting conversations, and booking qualified meetings for our sales and growth team.

This is a highly proactive, communication-focused role. You'll spend much of your time researching companies, making outbound calls, sending personalized emails and LinkedIn messages, following up with prospects, and turning initial interest into scheduled meetings.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys talking to people, is comfortable with cold outreach, and wants to build a car
