Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Web Developer to own, maintain, and enhance our WordPress-based web platform. This role is responsible for the development, optimization, security, performance, and ongoing evolution of our corporate website and related digital properties.
Reporting directly to the VP of Marketing, this individual will serve as the technical owner of the company's web presence and play a critical role in supporting brand awareness, demand generation, lead generation, customer engagement, and digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate combines strong full-stack development expertise with a deep understanding of marketing technology, website analytics, SEO, and conversion optimization.
Key Responsibilities
Website Development & Management
- Manage and maintain the company's WordPress website and related web properties.
- Develop custom WordPress themes, templates, plugins, and functionality.
- Build and launch new website features, landing pages, and microsites to support marketing campaigns.
