About the Role
SERHANT. ID Lab is looking for a designer who can build the identity of a building from the ground up and then stand in front of a developer and sell it. New development branding is where design meets real money: a building’s identity has to carry a price point, hold up across a two- to three-year sales cycle, and convince a buyer before a single unit is finished. The ideal candidate has a refined luxury sensibility, tells a story through design rather than decorating around one, presents with confidence in front of clients, and has the technical range to take a br
