Electrical Engineer Manager

This role is centered on New Product Introductions (NPI), product launches, and continuous improvement, ensuring compliance with industry standards while enhancing product functionality and consumer experience.

Responsibilities 

Product Development & NPI

• Lead hands-on design review, prototyping, and validation of consumer appliance electrical systems, including electronic components, control panels, graphical user interfaces, and mechanism controls.
• Drive electrical aspects of NPI efforts, ensuring timely, high-quality product launches.
• Troubleshoot and refine designs to improve performance, reliability, and user experience throughout the product lifecycle.
• Partner with product design, manufacturing and quality teams to support efficient and reliable production processes, addressing design-to-production challenges.
• Define test plans, reports and sign-off on all Product Engineering document changes.
