FM Customer Site Representative

The function of the Facilities Management (FM) Customer Site Representative is to serve as the full time, on-site representative of Sharp Business Systems at a specific client location.  This position is located in West Palm Beach

Responsibilities

• Running print and copy jobs for users
• Production device operation and maintenance along with any requested finishing services including binding, laminations, booklet making.
• Job ticket workflow and proof preparation for customer review and approval
• Quality checks, including problem diagnosis and correction.
• Packaging and delivery of completed jobs to customers
• Tracking of resources used per job – including consumables, paper inventory, and finishing supplies for projects via Office Services.
• Inventory management for supplies – including the ordering of supplies to replenish ones used and maintaining proper inventory for recurring projects.
