Senior Director, 340B Strategy

Position Summary

The Senior Director of 340B Strategy partners with health systems to enhance, optimize, and transform their 340B programs through a combination of strategic advisory services, operational excellence, data-driven insights, and innovative technology solutions. The role is responsible for identifying and implementing strategies that enhance 340B savings, improve program performance, strengthen compliance, and expand access to care for vulnerable patient populations.

As a senior leader, the Senior Director serves as a trusted advisor to health system pharmacy, finance, compliance, operations, and executive leadership teams, helping organizations navigate the evolving 340B landscape while developing sustainable strategies to achieve both financial and patient care objectives. This role is at the forefront of advancing 340B programs nationwide through innovative problem-solving, emerging technologies, and continuous program optimization.

The Senior Director is accountable for the full lifecycle of Shields' 340B services across their assigned portfolio. This includes program assessments, strategic planning, implementation of new initiatives, operational optimization, technology deployment, regulatory guidance, and ongoing advisory support.
