People & Talent Coordinator
About the Role
Shift5 is building the data platform for onboard operational technology (OT). We deliver cybersecurity, predictive maintenance, and compliance capabilities that enable defense and commercial fleets to operate with greater readiness, resilience, and mission assurance. Shift5 is looking for a highly organized, proactive People & Talent Coordinator to join our growing People & Talent team.
Reporting to the VP of People & Talent, this role will serve as a key coordination and project partner across Recruiting and People Operations. You’ll help keep hiring processes moving, coordinate executive and team interviews, support onboarding and employee programs, and provide day-to-day operational support to the VP of People & Talent and broader team.
This is a hands-on role for someone who loves making things run smoothly, is exceptionally organized, and can manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment. It’s also a great opportunity for someone looking to build a career across both Talent Acquisition and People Operations.
