We are seeking a Partner Manager to build, manage, and grow relationships with ecommerce agencies, systems integrators, and technology partners. This is a professional-level role focused on partner enablement, pipeline development, and long-term relationship management.
The Partner Manager acts as the primary point of contact for assigned partners, helping them successfully position, sell, and deliver ecommerce solutions while aligning partner goals with company strategy.
No matter where you work, you will be an integral part of the team. Therefore, we are looking for a Partner Manager (m/f/d) across North America in the EST or CST timezone.
Partner Relationship Management
Own relationships with a portfolio of agency and technology partners across North America
Serve as the primary point of contact for partner communication, escalation, and support
Build long-term, trust-based relationships with partner leadership and delivery team
