We’re looking for an HVAC Service Technician who takes pride in their work, communicates with confidence, and delivers a top-tier customer experience on every call.

This role is more than just technical work—you are the face of the company in the home, responsible for identifying opportunities, educating customers, and representing our standard of excellence.

What You’ll Get

Compensation & Benefits:

• Training Pay (4–6 weeks): $16 – $25 per hour
• After Training: Performance-based pay (commission structure)
• Annual Earning Potential: $55,000 – $150,000+
