Requirements

• 2-3 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in Air Force Instructions (AFI 10-401, AFI 10-403) and combat readiness tracking frameworks.
• Strong communication and organizational skills under tight deployment execution windows.
• Strong experience using Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent verbal and written skills.
• 2-5 years of experience with military & deployments.
• Ability to manage and prioritize tasks to ensure optimum productivity.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing with managers, supervisors, peers, and customers.
• Ability to work collaboratively, independently, and to take initiative.
