Significance, Inc. is seeking a DoD SkillBridge participant to join our team as a recruiter through a structured 26-week internship program. This hands-on opportunity provides exposure to the full recruiting lifecycle within a federal consulting environment. Responsibilities include candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, pipeline management, offer support, and overall recruiting operations. This is an excellent opportunity for transitioning service members to gain practical experience in talent acquisition while supporting mission-driven federal programs.
