Production Supervisor (Saraburi Plant)

Job Description

1.ติดต่อประสานงานกับ ผุ้จัดการแผนกผลิต / ผู้จัดการโรงงาน เกี่ยวกับการวางแผนการผลิตในแต่ละวัน(Liaise with the Production Manager / Plant Manager with regard to the production planning for each production department.)

2. ติดต่อประสานงานกับ หัวหน้ากลุ่มงานผลิต / หัวหน้างานผลิต เพื่อให้แน่ใจว่า ผลผลิตเป็นไปตามความต้องการ (Liaise with Group Leader / Production Foreman of each department to ensure that the production requirements set in the production plan are achieved.)

3. รายงาน เหตุการณ์ ที่เกิดขึ้น หรือปัญหาที่อาจจะส่งผลกระทบกับคุณภาพสินค้า, ผลผลิต ให้ผู้จัดการแผนก / ผู้จัดการโรงงาน ทราบ รวมทั้งการแก้ไขสถานการณ์ให้เหมาะสม (Inform the Production Manager / Plant Manager of  any  deviation  from  the  planned production or any  problem which  will  affect  product  quality  or  productivity. Act accordingly to resolve any problems that may arise.)

4.ตรวจสอบวัตถุดิบและบรรจุภัณฑ์ ทั้งหมดที่มีอยุ่ ให้แน่ใจว่าเพียงพอต่อการผลิต  (To check all in-coming raw materials and  packaging  materials  to ensure that they conform with Sika(Thailand) requirements and report     any deviation to the Production Manager / Plant Manager.)

5.ริเริ่มแนวความคิดในทางปฏิบัติที่สามารถทำเพื่อปรับปรุงประสิทธิภาพ และผลผลิตในการทำงาน (Discuss and recommend practical ideas which can be made to improve efficiency and productivity generally.)

6.ตรวจสอบให้แน่ใจว่า มีการปฏิบัติตามระบบ ISO 9001, ISO 14001 และ OHSA 18001 (Action follow as ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001 and ISO50001 including the rules of company.)

7.ตรวจสอบเพื่อให้แนใจว่าอุปกรณ์ที่ใช้ในการผลิตทั้งหมด มีสภาพพร้อมใช้งานได้เป็นอย่างดี (Make sure that all production equipment and associated machinery is kept in good working order.)

8.ตรวจสอบให้แน่ใจว่าพนักงานทุกคนได้รับการฝึกอบรม อย่างเพียงพอ หรือให้แน่ใจว่า เหมาะสม รวมทั้ง การปฏิบัติตามขั้นตอนการผลิตอย่างถูกต้อง (Make sure that all employees receive adequate training or make sure they are appropriate, including Compliance with the production process correctly)

9.กระตุ้นและ ดูแลในพนักงานปฏิบัติตามกฎ และนโยบาย ข้อบังคับด้านความปลอดภัย  (Motivate and enforce safety rules and regulations in compliance with established policies and standards.)

10.ปฏิบัติหน้าที่อื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้จัดการแผนก / ผู้จัดการโรงงาน(Perform other duties as assigned by the Production Manager / Plant Manager)

Qualifications

Education
อนุปริญญา หรือ ปริญญาตรี (High Vocational or Bachelor Degree )
                              
Experience 
มีประสบการณ์ที่เกี่ยวข้องในส่วนงานผลิต อย่างน้อย 5 ปี หรือมากว่า 8 ปี กรณีไม่ได้จบปริญญาตรี (Experience for production 5 Years or 5 years if not Bachelor Degree)
