Who You Are
The Director of Strategic Planning will design, scale, and lead the overarching demand, production, and supply chain planning ecosystem for Sila’s next-generation battery materials. Sitting at the intersection of Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Sales, Strategy, and Finance, you will architect business processes, advanced systems, and executive reporting to drive organizational alignment.
