We’re looking for a friendly, organized Customer Service Representative who can keep up with a busy home services office and make every customer feel taken care of. What You’ll Do Answer incoming calls and provide an awesome customer experience Schedule appointments and help customers get the service they need Listen to customer concerns, ask the right questions, and find solutions Handle multiple calls and priorities without losing the details Follow up with customers as needed Help identify opportunities for additional services Keep accurate customer information and notes in our system Work closely with our dispatchers, technicians, and office team Learn our services so you can confidently answer customer questions Keep things moving when the phones get busy!
