At Glasco Heating & Air Conditioning, we’re looking for a Lead HVAC Installer who takes pride in craftsmanship, organization, and getting the job done right the first time. You’ll lead residential installation projects from start to finish, work closely with apprentices and helpers, and make sure each customer receives a clean, professional installation. This is a hands-on role for someone who is comfortable taking ownership of the jobsite, solving problems as they come up, and helping less-experienced team members improve their skills. What You’ll Do Lead residential HVAC installation and replacement projects from start to finish. Install furnaces, boilers, air conditioners, heat pumps, air handlers, mini-splits, thermostats, and related equipment. Review job scopes, equipment, materials, and customer expectations before work begins. Ensure crews have the tools, equipment, and materials needed for each installation. Complete refrigerant piping, condensate, venting, electrical connections, controls, and related installation work. Perform equipment startup, testing, commissioning, and fin
