We’re looking for an Operations Coordinator to help keep our Lynchburg branch organized, responsive, and prepared every day. This is a hands-on role that blends dispatch, purchasing, warehouse coordination, customer support, payroll administration, fleet coordination, and general branch operations. In a smaller, close-knit location like Lynchburg, this person plays an important part in keeping technicians and installers equipped, scheduled, and moving while also making sure customers receive timely communication and operational details don’t fall through the cracks. If you’re organized, proactive, comfortable juggling multiple priorities, and like being the person others can count on to get things done, this could be a great fit. What You’ll Do Schedule and dispatch technicians and installation crews to maximize daily productivity. Call customers to schedule appointments, present estimates, and follow up on past-due balances. Address customer complaints and concerns and work toward a fair resolution. Enter daily huddle metrics including sales, sold hours, month-to-date performance, TGLs, and HG sold. Calculate and enter timecards for branch payroll. Gather parts and materials to replenish technician and installer truck stock. Stage equipment and materials
