We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Procurement Specialist to manage the sourcing, purchasing, and inventory coordination of materials and equipment that keep our technicians productive and our customers satisfied. This position plays a critical role in ensuring the right parts, materials, and equipment are available at the right time and at the best value.   Pay Rate: $25-28/hr   Position Summary The Procurement Specialist will be responsible for purchasing and managing inventory for HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical operations. This individual will work closely with field supervisors, warehouse personnel, dispatchers, and vendors to maintain optimal stock levels, secure competitive pricing, and support the company's operational goals.   Key Responsibilities Procurement & Purchasing Source and purchase HVAC, plumbing, and electrical materials, equipment, tools, and consumables. Obtain and evaluate vendor quotes to ensure competitive pricing and quality. Negotiate pricing, volume discounts, rebates, and vendor agreements. Issue and manage purchase orders. Monitor purchase requests and ensure timely fulfillment. Inventory Management Maintain appropriate inventory levels for all service departments. Monitor usage trends and forecast purchasing needs.
