About the role

We're looking for a Staff Software Engineer for our Users Vertical. This vertical plays a critical and dual role in our engineering organization: on one hand, accelerating and optimizing the onboarding funnel so users are ready to buy in the shortest time possible with the least friction. On the other, designing and delivering the core user management services that serve as the foundation for every other business unit.

This is a hands-on Staff role. You set the technical direction, make the architectural calls, and own how these systems behave under extreme, concurrent load. When a third-party KYC provider goes down, the registration experience shouldn't even flinch — and that's on you. If you're energized by high-performance distributed API design, resilient identity/fraud integrations, and building internal platforms that scale, this one's for you. 🚀
