At Singleton Construction, our projects move fast. Materials arrive daily, schedules constantly evolve, and dozens of moving parts must come together at the right time to keep a project on track. That's where our Receiving Coordinators make a difference.

As a Receiving Coordinator, you'll be the hub of jobsite inventory and material management, making sure every delivery is accounted for, organized, protected, and available when the project team needs it. You'll work closely with Superintendents, Project Managers, vendors, and delivery drivers to ensure materials don't become a roadblock to project success.

This isn't a traditional warehouse role. You'll be part of an active construction project, helping support the team through inventory coordination, documentation, delivery management, and administrative support.
